Longley Sales Academy ran an interactive workshop for a group of Sales Graduates to enhance their skills. The workshop provided significant value to all who participated. Don’t waste time chasing business you will never win
The Longley Academy’s WINPLAN framework gave us all a lot to think about the day after the workshop. We had a really honest discussion about an opportunity we were working on and we agreed as a business to decline chasing the opportunity, so that a) we didn’t waste valuable time on a deal we couldn’t win and b) we could protect the relationship with the client by not signing up to deliver a product we would probably struggle to deliver, losing out on future profitable business as a result.
